TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• By Entering the film into the International Tourism Film Festival Africa, the applicant confirms that all copyright rights and all the rights to use the music are regulated and assumes full financial responsibility of the third parties. (The ITFFA does not pay royalties when the films are shown publicly).

• The applicant confirms that the film entered into
the competition may be shown to the audiences of the ITFFA free of charge as well as any other events related to the festival, as well as on the ITFFA website, without any additional charges and or permits. For documentaries we will show the trailer and not the full DOC.

• The applicants transfer the right to the festival organiser/s to use part of the video (30 sec) in order to promote the festival in all its forms, including television, Internet and Social Media.
