ITFFA 2026 – Programme

PRE FESTIVAL TOUR – 28^th May – 2^nd June:

28^th May: Arrive at Bannister Hotel in Braamfontein

Check in and network and socialise from 16:00 – 21:00

29^th May: Depart for Kwalata/Dinokeng Game farm

 29^th May – 1^st June:

The group will arrive at Kwalata Game Lodge and check into their rooms. Thereafter, guests will be taken on a Tamboti Bush Walk experience, followed by welcome drinks served on the Tamboti Deck. Time will then be allocated to relax and unwind before enjoying a hosted dinner experience in the evening.

Day Two 30^th May
Guests will depart early for a 07h00 game drive. Upon return, breakfast will be served at the lodge. The remainder of the day will be at leisure until a buffet-style lunch is enjoyed. In the afternoon, guests will embark on an evening game drive, followed by another curated dinner experience.

Day Three 31^st May
After breakfast, the group will head out for a cultural community tour. Lunch will be enjoyed upon return to the lodge. The afternoon and evening will be at leisure, concluding with the group’s final dinner experience at Kwalata.

Day Four – Departure Day 1^st June
Guests will enjoy a slow wake-up and relaxed breakfast before checking out and departing.

Monday 1^st June
Arrive at Lebo’s Backpackers for the immersive Soweto experience.

Tuesday 2^nd June
10:00: Depart for and check into Bannister Hotel

17:00: We all meet at the rooftop venue for cocktails and networking experience.

3^rd & 4^th June: 09:00 – 17:00 daily.

09:00 – 15:00:  Tourism Excursion
