We collect information on the entry form that is important for us to contact you, your client, producer which is used specifically for judging purposes of the International Tourism Film Festival Africa.

Videos that are uploaded on the entry form may be used on the website if they are winners in any categories or thematics.

Contact forms

The information collected on the contact form is used solely for the purpose of the International Tourism Film Festival – Africa and ITFFA Handbook. Only the names of the winners will be published. No contact details will be published without your consent

Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your data with our team involved in the judging process of the International Tourism Film Festival Africa which includes CIFFT, Sustainable Tourism Partnership Programme NPC and Legito Publishing (Pty) Ltd.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your information for a maximum period of three (3) years. We will use it to contact you to enter into future Film Festivals.
